Both arcs in One Piece, Sabaody and Summit War, are highly regarded by fans for different reasons. Sabaody Archipelago showcases the Straw Hat crew's strength and introduces powerful new characters, while Summit War is a culmination of multiple storylines and has intense emotional moments. Ultimately, the "better" arc depends on personal preference, with some fans preferring the action-packed nature of Summit War, while others appreciate the world-building and character development in Sabaody. Both arcs are essential to the overall narrative of One Piece and contribute to its enduring popularity. **

When rounding at 5, it is generally accepted to round up. This is because rounding up at 5 follows the standard rounding rule of rounding up when the digit to the right is 5 or greater. Rounding down at 5 would not be consistent with this rule and could lead to confusion in mathematical calculations. Therefore, it is best to round up at 5 to maintain consistency and accuracy in rounding. **

We round up from 5 because it is the midpoint between two whole numbers. When rounding, we typically round to the nearest whole number, and when the number is exactly halfway between two whole numbers, we round up to the next whole number to maintain consistency and minimize bias. This method of rounding helps to evenly distribute the rounding error and prevent any systematic bias in the rounding process. **

When rounding at 5, the general rule is to round up. This means that if the digit to the right of 5 is greater than 5, the number is rounded up. However, some rounding systems may have different rules, so it's important to clarify which rounding method is being used in a specific situation. **

When drilling a round piece of wood, it is important to secure the wood in place using clamps or a vice to prevent it from spinning or moving during drilling. Additionally, it is crucial to mark the center of the wood accurately to ensure the hole is drilled in the desired location. Using a center punch to create a small indentation at the center point can help guide the drill bit. It is also important to choose the right size and type of drill bit for the specific project and wood type. Finally, drilling at a slow and steady pace while applying consistent pressure can help prevent splintering or cracking of the wood. **

As of my knowledge cutoff date in September 2021, there has been no episode of the One Piece anime that shows Luffy using Gear 5. Gear 4, also known as Boundman, is the highest level of Gear that Luffy has demonstrated in the anime. It's possible that future episodes or chapters of the One Piece manga may reveal a Gear 5, but as of now, it has not been shown in the anime. **

Yes, there are pieces of furniture that combine a sofa/couch with a dining area. These are often referred to as sofa dining tables or sofa dining benches. They typically feature a comfortable seating area on one side and a table or dining surface on the other side, allowing for a multi-functional use of space. These pieces are great for small living spaces or open concept areas where a traditional dining table may not fit. **

In Excel, you can round up to the nearest 5 using the ROUNDUP function. The syntax for the ROUNDUP function is =ROUNDUP(number, num_digits). For example, if you want to round the number 23 up to the nearest 5, you would use the formula =ROUNDUP(23, -1) which would result in 25. This function rounds the number up to the nearest multiple of 5 based on the num_digits parameter. **
