There is no concrete evidence to suggest the existence of a deep state or a state within a state in Germany. The German political system is known for its transparency and strong democratic institutions, which make it unlikely for such a phenomenon to exist. While there may be bureaucratic inefficiencies or power struggles within the government, there is no indication of a hidden network of individuals or groups exerting control over the state. Overall, the idea of a deep state in Germany is not widely supported by credible sources. **
